Composition and properties

LM-4D is composed of modified diol and added with non-ionic composite inhibitor. The inhibitor is composed of all organic components and does not contain silicon, phosphorus, nitrite, etc. it has extremely low conductivity, low freezing point, high boiling point, environmental friendliness, safety, low toxicity, no odor, non flammable, non volatile, good stability and long service life. At 20 ℃, the conductivity of stock solution is less than 1 us/cm, and the conductivity of 50% diluent is less than 5 US / cm. At 20 ℃, the density of stock solution is greater than or equal to 1.10 g/cm ³, The viscosity is 13.6 MPa • s (CP), the thermal conductivity is 0.25 w / m • K, and the specific heat is 0.613 cal / g •℃. The boiling point is higher than 150 ℃, and the freezing point is lower than -50 ℃.

Purpose and usage

LM-4D is mainly used as fuel cell coolant for the fuel cell cooling system. As the heat transfer medium of the cooling system, it can transfer heat from the battery stack to the radiator in time. At the same time, it should not only ensure antifreeze in winter and anti boiling in summer, but also protect the metal and non-metallic materials of the engine cooling system from corrosion. Because there are a lot of ions in the traditional antifreeze, the flow of these ions will increase the conductivity of the antifreeze, resulting in a short circuit in the fuel cell system. The low conductivity ethylene glycol refrigerant takes ethylene glycol / water as the matrix, adds non-ionic additives, improves the electrochemical oxidation resistance, effectively inhibits the ionization trend in the oxidation decomposition process, improves the stability of the system, and extends the service life of the system. It has excellent rust resistance to carbon steel, stainless steel, red copper and other metals, and can be used as fuel cell coolant in the temperature range of -35~100 ℃.

Clean the system before use, and then directly add low conductivity glycol coolant. During use, add ultra pure water according to the use temperature to dilute the coolant to the appropriate concentration for use. It is forbidden to mix with other refrigerant. After normal use, the conductivity value and pH value should be tested every 3 months. If the conductivity is higher than the specified value or the pH value is lower than the specified value, contact us in time for adjustment.
