• Lubrication performance: This product has good lubricity and can effectively reduce the wear of various oil pumps and hydraulic valves. Four ball test: the diameter of the formwork is 0.56-0.60mm (1200rpm).
• Suitable viscosity and superior viscosity temperature characteristics. With the change of temperature, the change of viscosity is small;
• It has good low-temperature fluidity. The pump can be started directly without heating at – 40 ℃ – 0 ℃. It has good low-temperature performance, so it is suitable for outdoor low-temperature operation.
• It contains high quality defoaming agent, which can inhibit foam production and quickly dissolve the foam that has been generated, and ensure the stability and normal operation of hydraulic equipment in use.
• Good rust and corrosion prevention, and protect the metal parts in the hydraulic system;

• This product is widely used in hydraulic systems operating under open fire and high temperature environment, and has become an important fire-resistant hydraulic medium.
• It is mainly applicable to hydraulic systems that need fire prevention in iron and steel, coal mine, light industry, chemical industry and mechanical processing industry, such as coking furnace door, coke blocking car, die casting machine, furnace top bell, extruder, converter hood lifting mechanism, forging press, electric furnace cover opening, dumping mechanism, casting machine, ladle sliding nozzle, continuous caster, hot rolling machine, etc.

1、The stock solution is used and cannot be diluted.

2、Use pressure. The service pressure of this product is 70-80% of the rated pressure of the hydraulic pump, usually no more than 25MPa.

3、Hydraulic fluid temperature. The best working temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the high temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.

4、Hydraulic pump. Be sure to confirm the suitability of the pump with this product. For example, the adaptability of metal sealing materials; Allowable pressure, temperature and speed; Other use requirements, etc.

5、Rolling bearing gear pump, variable vane pump and radial piston pump are recommended for water glycol hydraulic fluid system to ensure positive pressure suction of hydraulic pump.

6、Fuel tank. The internal surface coating and finish paint of the oil tank must be compatible with the fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, and the good external finish paint is also compatible. It is recommended that the inner surface of the oil tank of this product is not painted or made of stainless steel.

7、During the use of the product, the appearance, viscosity, pH value and foam of the oil should be checked regularly, and the problem should be solved in time.

8、Adaptability to materials

• This product is compatible with the following common materials: epoxy resin and phenolic resin paint, ferrous metal, bronze (containing Pb < 20%), brass, red copper, nitrile rubber, fluororubber, silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, filter paper treated with epoxy resin or phenolic resin, etc;
• This product is incompatible with the following common materials: industrial paint (alkyd paint), zinc, magnesium, cadmium, aluminum (except aluminum alloy and anodized aluminum), polyurethane rubber, natural rubber, leather, cork, general filter paper, asbestos, etc;

This product should be stored under normal temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Packing specification: 200kg / barrel.
