LM-4B LM-4B glacier coolant is a professional coolant used in the refrigeration device working in the indirect cooling mode to transfer the cooling capacity generated by the refrigerant to the cooled substances. It is widely used in the fields of chemical industry,pharmacy, cold storage and so on.

Light color or colorless liquid, and the color can also be custom-made according to customer requirements.

Product composition

LM-4B glacier coolant is composed of modified triol solution. The main additives of LM-4B glacier coolant include corrosion inhibitor, mould inhibitor, solubilizer,stabilizer and so on.

Main parameters

As a professional coolant, LM-4B glacier coolant has the advantages of safety, low toxicity, free of bad odours, non-flammable, non-volatilization,high specific heat,strong cold carrying capacity and good antirust performance. It has excellent antirust performance for carbon steel,stainless steel, copper and other metals. In the temperature range of -20 ℃ to 60 ℃, it can be used as industrial coolant when prepared to certain concentrations. At 15 ℃, the density is 1.265 g/cm3, the specific heat is 2.46 kJ/(kg·K), the thermal conductivity is 0.29 W/m·K.

In view of the serious corrosion of equipment caused by ethylene glycol, alcohol, salt water and other substitutes of traditional refrigerant, the “m3 super film antirust” technology is adopted for ice refrigerant, and the super antirust film is formed through the synergistic action of three antirust factors, which can effectively block the corrosion of a variety of metals and produce lasting protection for the cooling system. According to the inspection conducted by Institute of metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences according to GB / t19291-2003 general principles of corrosion test for metals and alloys, the glacier refrigerant has basically no corrosion to carbon steel, stainless steel, red copper, aluminum alloy and other metals, and has good rust resistance. The inspection conclusions are as follows:

Usage method

1.After confirming that there is no leakage point in the system, clean the system and add glacier coolant solution to the system as soon as possible;
2.According to the operation temperature of the system, the addition amount of glacier coolant and water is calculated on the basis of the comparison table of concentration and freezing point;
3.Inject purified water or deionized water in succession. During the addition process, the circulating pump shall be turned on. After each addition of water, the solution concentration shall be tested after sufficient circulation to avoid excessive dilution caused by excessive addition of water. After the glacial coolant solution is prepared to the corresponding concentration, it can be used normally.
