Composition and properties
LM-4Y is composed of modified diols, mainly including organic compound corrosion inhibitor, antioxidant, antifoam agent and deionized water. The corrosion inhibitor adopts all organic components, which does not contain silicon, phosphorus, nitrite, etc. it is environmentally friendly, safe, low toxic, odorless, nonflammable, non volatile, good stability and long service life. The density is 1.104 g/cm at 20 ℃ ³， The specific heat is 0.601 cal/g •℃, the viscosity is 14.51 MPa • s (CP), and the thermal conductivity is 0.261w/m • K. The boiling point is higher than 150 ℃, and the freezing point is lower than -50 ℃.
Purpose and usage
LM-4Y has the advantages of low conductivity, large specific heat, strong cooling capacity and good rust prevention performance. It has excellent rust prevention performance for aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, red copper and other metals. It can be used as industrial coolant within the temperature range of -35 ℃ ~150 ℃. When using, it can be used alone according to the process requirements, or mixed with deionized water, glycol and other coolants, diluted to an appropriate concentration, and then applied.
After normal use, the reserve alkali value and pH value shall be tested every 3 months. If the reserve alkali value or pH value is lower than the specified value, contact us in time for adjustment.
